Effective and smooth!
The bearings are super agile and let’s you swing the rope at a good angle. The rope is lightweight which may be a little difficult for beginners but good to practice with to get good quick if you’re patient. The adjusting rope is effective and easy to use as long as you have some scissors on hand. The rope is long lasting so I’d get another one but I don’t think I need to anytime soon
