If you are trying to clear HPV it takes 6 tablets on an empty stomach. The study said 3 grams. 6 pills equals 3 grams.

Received these and they had all 90 capsules inside per bottle. I’m also taking these for HPV. When I took my first supplement (2 pills on an empty stomach), I truly felt like I could feel them working shortly after (30Mins to an hour). Like my mood literally boosted and I recently been suffering from depression because I found out I have HPV and also have a long history of mood problems, so I feel that that is a really good sign. Also don’t know if the mood boost was from me actually being happy with having these pills and actually working towards an HPV-free future, but kinda doubt it was that. But I did eat something an hour after noticing those feelings and then I no longer felt nauseous/high. I’m also a black male and will be taking 3 capsules a day (2 in the morning and 1 before bed, an hour after eating) and with additional vitamins, will update in 2 months. Update:I found the following COMBINATION treatment to be MOST EFFECTIVE for HPV/HCV/EBV, Estrogen dominance, Progestetone/Estrogen imbalance, Candida, and hormone induced immune dysfunction & related health issues.Note: AHCC did NOT even budge the needle for me - esp this Chinese brand in particular.Treatment plan followed :1. This one is not even from primed acetylated alpha glucans derived from Shitake mycellia, but instead claims being derived from fruit bodies which is sham.It is only a low grade mushroom supplement at best with ZERO effectiveness.For me this was total money down the drain !!Since then, I Have moved to Kinoko and Transfer point and added a full spectrum mushroom supplement from Dr Danielle and Zyrotech instead comprising adaptogenic mushrooms and found better relief for allergy, pain, and getting more energy and mental clarity as well within few days !!In a nutshell This was just a rip off !! I was suckered by the reviews and paid the price !!I will NOT recommended it to anyone. I would suggest to stick with Kinoko , add TP beta glucans and complement with full spectrum adaptogenic mushrooms and trace minerals.

I appreciate the 500 mg AHCC capsule size because I take 1500 mg per day to help my immune system ward off cancer. I am a metastatic colon cancer survivor. Started taking, with many other supplements, after second recurrence in the liver. Now ~ 4 years out without another recurrence.

Ok y’all so I had an abnormal pap and ordered these. Started taking them immediately. A month later had a colposcopy where they said “I see a little spot” and scheduled me for a LEEP. About a month later I had my LEEP and the biopsy came back negative for everything.Now here’s the cool part... my doctor was puzzled at my post op why it came back negative. I told her about AHCC and she said ANOTHER patient had taken the AHCC and then experienced a negative LEEP.I say try this first before the LEEP!

I have ordered a few bottles of this mushroom extract, and honestly, I am taking it to get rid of a virus. So I have to take it for 3 months and my checkup is in September. so I cannot tell you now if this works for the virus, BUT.... you need to know the following:1. before I started taking this, I was waking up unusually tired and groggy. That all faded away a week after I started the pills. now I wake up every day normally and feel healthy.2. my family members got the nasty flu, and whenever I get the flu it usually lasts 10-14 days. I got the flu this time with my family members, they all suffered 1 to two weeks, my flu lasted 3 days. I was shocked. I was able to go back to working out and feeling normal on the day number 4.3. I have yet to check if the virus is fighting is gone.. my checkup is in September, and accordingly will update this review.whoever has a low immunity for whatever reason, or has a virus or needs to boost the immune system, I highly recommend these pills. NO SIDE EFFECTS. TAKE THEM.

I’ve ordered several bottles of this. I’m taking this and Beta Glucan. I’ve had a definite change. My health with this regimen and am doing better than I can remember in my entire life. I’m taking the regimen to try to avoid a LEEP procedure. I don’t know yet if it’s helped that but something has definitely changed for the better with my body.
