been looking for something like this!
Just received this today. OMG I love it! I have a really bad back with alot of scar tissue. (Been using theracanes and foam rollers). I tried for just a bit, my skin was on fire! This is a good thing. Back spasms and inflamation made my back have a lot of numbnesss but deep tissue spasms/pain. The fire I felt was blood flow and stimulating the nerves. More blood flow equals relief In my case. when I was done (5 minutes) I had a head rush, it was an awesome feeling. Will never go without again.

LOVE IT
This helps immensely when I have a terrible migraine type headache in a way that nothing else does. It does wonders for muscles that are so tightly bound up that massage is even somewhat ineffective. This first then massage really helps a lot.

Glad I bought it
Not as effective for my deep tissue problems as for the rest, but I'm happy with it. And I really do feel somewhat energized when using it. I always get up and do something rather than fall asleep!

Works!
Works as described. I was definitely a skeptic going in but now I am a believer. This mat stops me from waking up in the middle of the night with pain.

Very painful to use.
This is way to painful to use for pain relief. Perhaps over time laying upon it and numbing to the points it might help.
