I've used these packs countless times, and they're still going strong. No more dealing with disposable one-time-use heat or cold packs. Very versatile, hot or cold.
For anyone who has pain that requires hot and cold treatment, these are the best that I have found. Especially for cold.I have a few ailments including a ruptured disc.Unfortunately there is no treatment on the NHS other than exercises. Although I dd have an epidural. But unfortunately the pain relief only lasted for 5 weeks. So 3 years later and my condition hasn't improved. So these packs are really helpful in helping to block out some of the pain. I'm on a lot of pain meds, nothing to do with my back. But it was only having treatment from a private physiotherapist, that was surprised that i could feel so much pain, given my meds. She helped a lot with my sciatica, and got me to ask my gp for an mri. Well i had to be referred by an nhs physiotherapist, so that took time. But the mri vindicated what my physiotherapist said. That I have a ruptured disc.Sorry, back to my review. These pads are clear, and the gel is an unbelievable beautiful blue colour. They don't stick to my body, although I place them over my thin cotton top, so no risk of damage. They haven't leaked, are flexible, so never go solid. They are versatile, and I alternate between these and cotton pads that you microwave for heat.I bought some for my son when he hurt his shoulder.I can highly recommend them.

Great, definitely recommend
It’s a great size, it’s been a godsend with my foot and ankle injury, I have used this lots, I have to admit I bought it because I was using my mums old one and I burst it, I bought this to replace hers, but she said hers was free and not to worry. It would be great to use on your back, knee, foot etc. with the size it is I actually shaped it into a V in the freezer and could use it with ease on my foot and ankle. Definitely recommend, great for many uses.

Versatile
Great items. Very useful to have ready from the freezer. Wraps round items or parts of the body. Always have a cover between the skin and gel pack. Lasts a good time to chill area or in a cool box. A good size making it very versatile, comfortable and value for money.

Convenient and Effective for Quick Relief
The HypaGel Reusable Hot Cold Gel Packs are a versatile addition to my first aid kit. They are easy to use, either by freezing or microwaving, depending on whether you need cold or hot therapy. The packs stay flexible when cold, making them easy to apply to various body parts. I used them primarily for muscle strains and minor injuries, and they provided quick relief. The fact that they are reusable makes them cost-effective and environmentally friendly. However, I wish they stayed cold for a bit longer. Overall, a great product for managing minor injuries and pain relief at home or on the go.

You get what you pay for, but fantastic support
Bought this to help treat a back injury, the gel works fantastic however the compression cuff does not. After two weeks use, the Velcro has now come undone making the cuff unfit for purpose as I can no longer use it to hold the gel in place. Emailed seller directly for support, they have sent a replacement really quickly and this unit appears to be better quality..

Gel pack with holder
Well though through. Works well on my leg and knee, but would probably work easily as well for back pain. Stretch locking fixed belt to hold it in place.
