A good buy for basic simple cooking
The product is decent. I have used it to make tea and dosa and it works well. But the first time I used it the inner paint coating stated peeling off due to the heat. Otherwise it is sturdy and looks durable. It takes time to heat compared to a normal stove esp if the vessel is not flat bottom. I have used aluminium and non stick works well in both. Yet to see the impact on electricity bill.

Replacement of item supplied. No response received so far. Take the action promptly with no delay.
Hy-tec metal electric 1250W received through courier. The item is opened & put for operation after switching the operative switch it is giving smoke and not working properly. Yesterday, claim made through net for replacement but no reply received. Kindly take up the matter seriously and make replacement of supplied item. In spite of regular reminder no response and replacement of supplied not workable is received. Please examine the matter seriously and take action without any further delay. It is very difficult in spite of regular complain & followup no response received from Amazon as the received item is kept with me without any use due to defects for which purchased. Still we are waiting your response. Please inform me suitably so that the receipt unusable item may be returned you back through courier.
