A Healthy and Tasty Way to Detox
I've been a fan of these gummies. What's not to love? They're easy to take, no big pills to swallow. The apple flavor is genuinely pleasing, makes taking them a treat. Plus, they're Certified Organic, a big tick in my book. And I appreciate the 'no dairy' aspect. A great choice for a detox cleanse.

A Great Way To Take Apple Cider Vinegar 😊👍
Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be good for you. A quick internet search found the following:High in healthful substances - especially acetic acid.Vinegar can help kill pathogens, including bacteria.May help lower blood sugar levels and manage diabetes.Several human studies show that vinegar can increase feelings of fullness, aiding weight loss.Animal studies suggest that apple cider vinegar can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.Apple cider vinegar is a common remedy for skin conditions like dry skin and eczema. If you're one of the fortunate that can swallow it without gagging, good for you. Personally it tastes awful. So when I seen these Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies from Nature's Way I wanted to give them a try. They have a pleasant apple taste and I can't detect the vinegar at all. I want to eat more than just two. A two gummy dose amounts to 500 mg of apple cider vinegar. The recommended dose is 2 gummies, 2 to 3 times a day. The bottle contains 60 gummies so it depends on how many you desire to take daily as to how long they'll last. I'm going to stick to 2 gummies with my dinner meal. Natures Way Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies are an easy and delicious way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar without the disgusting taste. They are vegan and contain no yeast derived ingredients, wheat, dairy, eggs or peanuts. I think we all are familiar with the "Nature's Way" brand and trust them too. I gladly give these ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and am confident you will too.

Very vinegar forward
When I run out of ACV gummies I usually switch between brands to try different ones out. This is probably my 4th brand I’ve tried and this one definitely is the most “vinegar forward” taste. As soon as I ripped off the seal I could smell the vinegar. The taste is also pretty strong if vinegar but they also do a good job of masking it a little with other flavors and sugars. Obviously if I’m taking ACV I don’t mind vinegar, it’s just pretty strong in these.I take two of these a day one in the morning and one in the evening with my dinner. I’m taking them to help with greasy hair and skin and since I’ve started taking ACV gummies in general I’ve noticed a difference

Did not expect this to taste good, it does.
It's Nature's Way and it's organic. I could stop right here but there should be a little more.Apple cider vinegar is all the craze with the health and supplement fervents and I tried taking a diluted version of the vinegar, that was a full negatory... no can do, not even with honey, it's too sour. Now gummies I can do. How effective will gummies be at helping not so sure. But there is a back taste of vinegar to them. They are actually delicious. I probably should be guzzling Kombucha but who can afford Kombucha, who has time to make Kombucha, well not me.A lot of people take apple cider vinegar as a weight loss supplement. Science is a little behind on giving us results but there is some evidence that the stuff positively affects fasting insulin levels and taking it before meals makes you feel fuller, which makes you eat less which of course would equal weight loss. There's also some evidence that it's good for the heart but that research was conducted on animals that are not human. For me? I am on a health kick and I would buy these because they taste good, are organic and popping a couple makes me feel like I've had something sweet and I don't have to tear the house up for a stale cookie I hid from myself.

Organic Is Good! But Not As Tart As Other Brands
I received the Natures Way Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, 500mg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar per Serving, Apple Flavored, 60 Gummies.I have tried several different brands of Apple Cider Gummies. They all have pretty much the same ingredients in them, and all of them also seem to have 500mg of Apple Cider Vinegar. For some reason this brand, the Natures Way Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, seems to taste sweeter to me. I actually prefer a more tart flavor, so these are not my favorite. These do say that they are organic, so that is good. Also, these are not sugar coated, which is another plus.I like these OK, I just like the tart ones better.

I feel guilty every time I eat one 😬
Why do they have to make these gummies taste like candy? I taste very little vinegar, just sugar. Health benefits of the apple cider vinegar might be out weighed by the amount of sugar added. 1.5 grams of added sugar per gummy seems like way too much.

Vegan ACV, no other added vitamins
These Natures Way Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies are so easy to take! They have a firm texture without being hard. They're like sour apple gumdrops! I appreciate that they're vegan and organic. They use real sugar and not artificial sweeteners. There's 20 calories and 3 grams of sugar in a serving. I take them daily for gut health and to help me wait longer for a meal. This is a known and trusted brand, and I'm happy with the product!
