I received the product and it was fine

Bottle had been open no seal
We love the product, but, when we opened the package, a slight smell, but no apparent liquid damage. However, the bottle cap was partially undone, and in this day and age, who knows. All other Gold products we have consumer protective seals are present. And, Amazon refuses to accept a refund, interesting, and no refund or replacement. A very bad Amazon experience. Time they step up and fix it.
