Exceeded expectations
I bought these to fill my bra on one side following breast cancer surgery. I currently have one B cup and one DD cup, and this silicone insert is amazing. So far the only one (of many) that I have tried that gives me a natural shape without visible lumps and bumps showing under fitted clothing. Can be worn in a bikini top and get wet. Also as the silicone is slightly sticky, it stays in place so not too much danger of it moving around. Definitely recommend and would buy again.
