Although these tablets contain everything you should be taking while pregnant they are huge. In my first trimester when I was struggling to keep food down these were a pain to take, not only that they smell disgusting as soon as I open the jar it makes me gag. Adding to that once you have them in your mouth if they touch your tongue for even more than one second they do they have a nasty taste, so although they are full of goodness and everything I should be taking I will not be taking them again As the smell is overwhelming

These tablets have everything and more you want in a pregnancy tablet.HOWEVER; they are a big brown tablet that smell and taste disgusting! They remind me of the bottom of my guinea pig cage when it is due a clean.I really tried to persevere taking these tablets but being nauseous through pregnancy meant I could only take these in the evening and even then struggled to keep them down. The taste repeats on you too.I have now given up with these and am using another brand that doesn’t smell or taste of anything.Sorry, but I cannot recommend these, especially with a heightened sense of smell. The last thing you need when feeling poorly is something else to make you gag! These need to be redesigned.
