Vacuum pump micron gauge and graph never worked straight out of the box! Overheats and eighty degree weather. The app doesn't ever work right. All settings need to be changed back every time you use it. I have tried for the last 2 months. Getting ahold of customer service still have not talked to anybody. Will not email you back does not answer phone. Can't leave messages because their answer service is full. I would not waste your money. You will be very disappointed.

I picked this up to build a suction system for changing oil and other automotive fluids. Connecting this to a canister system has provided more suction than I thought it would. 7CFM didn't sound like very much, but after using it my mind was changed. This cannot be used to suck fluids directly, it just creates vacuum for a canister where things can be sucked into the canister. It mentions HVAC but I haven't used it for anything HVAC only for a canister to take out oils and stuff from car engines.Overall I am happy with it for the application that I picked it for, it runs well, isn't too loud and gets the job done.

need to lift up front part for good suction power. not sucking well when in horizontal position.solenoid valve not holding pressure.good thing is touch screen .

I'm still learning how to use all the features of this device. However with its two stage vacuum pump it pulls down very very quickly to hard vacuum.Everything appears to be working properly and I will update my review as soon as I become more familiar with this equipment and it's durability.At this point the quality and durability appear to be excellent

This pump has replaced what was out go to vacuum pump for our refrigerant business. It is built tough and is reliable. Adjustment is easy and flow is regulated steadily. Out of the box and ready to go with pump oil included. A really impressive piece of equipment at a great price and backed by an outstanding company.

On the surface this seems like it should have been a no brainer. Start up your vacuum, walk away and let the pump do all of the work. Unfortunately it was anything but convenient. The pump I was provided would constantly power cycle, causing the solenoid to open and lose whatever vacuum I had managed to pull. This process continued every 3 to 5 minutes for several hours before giving up and putting it right back in the box it came in. When I reached out to the manufacture of this product I was told that it must be user error. Their technical support consists of somebody telling you that their product failure must be your fault. I would pass on this until the third or fourth generation as it appears to be a software issue that needs a lot of work.

Have to reprogram to your settings every time no way to Bluetooth link to phone that I e found as of yet
