It was what we were expecting

I've had for a little over a year now and it was a great year but stopped working suddenly out the blue.

You cannot adjust the temperature gage It does not go down.Very dangerous .

I used it three times and the bubbles completely stopped working

I purchased this product because it had good reviews, but I cannot rate this product highly at all. I've owned this product for 6 months and use it once every 1-2 weeks. None of the features, bubbling, vibration and heating, are functioning. So basically I paid good money for a bucket that holds water.I noticed what I believe is a design flaw. The central pillar has a gap at the top under the control panel. Water sloshes easily over the top of that pillar. Since the thing wasn't functioning, I took the base apart and discovered circuit boards along with the water that sloshed over the top of the central pillar. I'm guessing that the water shorted out the circuit boards. I'm very disappointed and don't recommend that anyone purchase this product.

I have mine for over two years and noticed how the temperature gauge doesn’t work. It doesn’t go down but up when attempting to control the temperature.

The bubble barely trickle out of 2 ports, the vibration function is feeble. The only feature that worked well was the heat function. Beware that this item is sold under different names. Buy only a recognized name brand.
