Q: your "full length" robes say they are 58 inches. Is that measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem, or from the top of the hood to the hem?

Product length is measured from the back of the neck where the hood is stitched to the robe all the way down (hood length is not measured)

Q: Does this robe have an inner tie? To help keep the one side up?

it does not just the one outer tie

Q: Are all of the color options in full length. (Some of the photos of colors show in a shorter mid calf length.)

Full Length sizes are offered as 'Extra Tall' on the size selection drop down list. When you select Extra Tall Size, full length sized colors are shown as available colors. Thank you.

Q: I just washed the robe for the first time & the strap in the back is all shredded it, has this happened to you?

No. The robe must be washed on the delicate,cold water cycle, air dried. Because I didn't follow these instructions the robe Shrunk! I had to buy another robe to replace the one that I shrunk.

Size matters

I usually do M/L. I ordered M/L but was a bit short especially sleeves. I exchanged it to with L/XL which came larger than what I would have wished for. If you are 182cm or 5’ 11” tall, go for L/XL
