So I'm actually heavily tattooed already, and because I love mine, I to very hard to protect them from UV fading. These sleeves are WAYYYY better than those others that are like 10 pairs for $10. The cheap ones are see through and I could easily see my real tats through the material so besides looking weirdly chaotic, there's NO WAY they were offering the level of sun protection that these certainly do.Another HUGE bonus from these is that they are continuously woven so there's no seam that divides the pattern. This makes them look for better and I actually get people commenting on the sleeves thinking they are legit ink.Lastly, I'm 5'8", and very fit male and my wife is a 4'11" petite female. I'm not bragging on the fitness, I'm expressing that these are VERY stretchy and looked just as good on my wife's shorter, skinny arms as they do on my larger arms. They pull all the way to the arm pit so they cover the bicep and it keeps them in place much better than those that only pass the elbow. That said, my average height means I'm not sure how far they will stretch on a larger person, but I'm guessing unless you are a giant, they will work great.If you're looking for costume tat sleeves, these are great. If you're looking for sun protection, these are great, and finally if you're looking for a good fit... again great! I've already bought more in other styles/colors because the only issue is they come in a pair of the same style and look odd since no one in their right mind would get the exact same tattoo on both arms. I wish we could purchase by the pair, but select to mix and match patterns. No worries though because you can just buy two different patterns and share the spares

I wanted something different and more colorful than my last sun sleeves. I liked the tattoo sleeve look even though I'm an old lady and the colors used in this pair. Not wicked at all, just artsy. They are one size fits all and I was a little concerned about that but they stay up on my arms just fine with woven elastic bands at the top. So far, they are fine.

**Update: The company reached out to me after seeing my post. They refunded my order even though I told them it was not necessary. These are really nice sun sleeves and I am going to purchase another set in a different design. Excellent customer service!**I ride a motorcycle and needed something to protect my arms from the sun while riding. These are so comfortable and do not fall down while riding. Today was the first day I wore them and was disappointed to see that my one sleeve had already started tearing.

Ok. So. NGL I am a small and very soft gentle looking girlie who is only 5'0" tall on a good day. I've also low key wanted tattoos and admired other people's tattoo sleeves. But commitment to getting a tattoo myself? Not there yet.Plus I've been wanting to protect my skin from the strong UV rays from the Californian sun while driving.And you know what? This ticks both boxes. It's wonderful. I feel like a badass with these on AND they actually feel COOLING so they seem to be pretty effective at UV protection! The colors are vibrant and beautiful and they fit a little snug on my slightly chonky biceps/triceps area (11-11.5" circumference).Would happily get a replacement pair should this die on me.

Looks great, but the seams at the top of the sleeve started unraveling after a couple of days using them. Now they don't wrap around the arm as well as they did the first day.

I've had my sleeves for almost a year, and they've outlasted every other pair I've bought at the same time or later. I use them to protect my lupus-sun-sensitive arms while driving. Even friends who know how terrified I am of needles think they're actual tattoos. Highly recommend.

I bought these to cover some ugly bandaging I need to have on my arm...arms that are already completely covered in real tattoos. They are printed clearly and as pictured. They are a little tighter wearing than I had hoped though, and I am really thin to begin with. It stretches...but if you are bigger they might not be the right choice...hard to say.

My husband is a concrete truck driver and uses these through the summer to protect his tattoos and also against sunburn. They are nice and cool, wash easily without fading and look cool as well!
