Love this product!Female here, average build, & I do Crossfit 5-6x a week at 5am. I am absolutely NOT a morning person, so getting up even earlier than 5 to eat something then give it time to digest so I don't puke my guts out during the WOD is not on my list of priorities, and as a result end up doing 90% of my work in the gym 'fasted'. Needless to say, not the best strategy in the world. So I decided to give this a go, & it definitely makes a difference in energy levels and endurance! The texture is kind of interesting to get used to, but overall well worth it.

All the hydration and energy, none of the crash.
Bought this as I have a medical condition making staying hydrated very difficult. This product provides a fantastic hydration mix along with leaving out a lot of the usual dehydrating stims. Flavor is good and doesn't leave a mad after taste. Always feel refreshed and full of energy.
