I know how can a “it’s not perfect” be a 5 star! Hear me out. There are 2 separate components we are rating here 1. The suction cup thing that fits on your phone 2. The umbrella. The suction cup thing doesnt stick to my phone case. It’s big awkward and shaped like an animal where the stick of the umbrella goes into the animals butt. The whole thing is ineffective and bizarre and belongs in the trash. The second thing is the umbrella. I bought the black umbrella, if you have ever bought light colored black out curtains you know why. The umbrella works. I have the largest Iphone and it covers the vertical width of the phone as well as the horizontal. It has little ball things on the end that allows you to prop it up perfectly onthe pool deck. I live in AZ and I just used this thing in the sun for over an hour and my phone didnt overheat. Do yourself a favor if you are not a phone pro, watch some videos and do some research on how to adjust your phone brightness settings like turning off your auto brightness and some other things. Also, you are going to need a solution to clip the umbrella to your phone like a couple clear hair rubber bands or if you are like me and have an otterbox defender case they come with a clip stand thing that the umbrella clips into perfect. Not only does it work better than the stupid animal suction cup thing this thing comes with there is also no awkward animal thing protruding off the back of your phone. Despite the suction thing being a zero, this umbrella is a 10 and is the best solution on the market for now.

I purchased a phone umbrella for my daughter, she uses it when she is outdoors to look at her phone under bright sunlight. The suction functioned great and remained secure throughout the day. It effectively shaded the phone, allowing clear visibility for text messages and web browsing. It is great to use at the pool, beach, or when you are sitting in the bleachers watching your favorite player.

It doesn't keep the glare off your phone no matter how you move the umbrella. I would not buy it again.

Very surprised, and Thank you.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Overall the umbrella is a cute item. The umbrella is strong enough and shields the sun just fine. However the suction is weak and the angle the umbrella is unfavorable. This item would benefit from an adjustable position of the umbrella but it cuts off the top ¼ of the viewing screen and doesn’t cover the bottom portions. Probably will return it or give it to a child.

It works great, sitting out in the sun With my phone and I can actually see what I'm reading. I recommend this. It's really cute.

The product itself is a cute idea, and it sticks well to my phone case. However, the concept doesn't work which is very disappointing. I was really looking forward to being able to see my phone's screen while on the beach. I even changed the brightness of my phone, but it just didn't cover up the phone enough and the black umbrella still didn't block the sun enough. I loved the idea and wished it would've worked!

This little umbrella is very cute and glides open smoothly. It stays at the top without any catch or latch. Nothing to note. No funny smell. No oil used for the glide.

Love this cute brolly, I can see my screen much better when sitting in the garden. It's very lightweight and comes in a case for storage. Yes I would recommend this.

Great size to cover screen when raining shame the suction thing doesn't fasten to a phone case would of been better with a double sides tape device can lock on and of to remove
