The fit was stiff due the acrilyic band. The quality was poor and made the cap appear inexpensive.

Pretty Hard Hat
I consider my head an average size but this hat runs small. It is adjustable only to be made even smaller. The brim is hard and nearly impossible to shape. Would not recommend unless it is for a costume and for a very petite person.
