Very satisfied with customer service
I ordered a three pack of these lights, two were fine and one had a broken piece. Since two were fine I didn’t want to return the product, so I reached out directly to the company’s customer service to see if they could help, they responded very promptly and within a few days I had the replacement part at no cost. Very happy with the product and customer service experience.

Wonderful customer service
Purchased as a gift, because of other reviews I opened box to check on lamp. The plastic light clip and 1 bulb were broken. I contacted company and recieved replacement very fast in mail. Lamp works wonderfully. Size is perfect and just what I was looking for. Great price point compared to others. This lamp is dimmable and comes with 2 bulbs. Very happy with the customer service!

Exactly what I wanted!!
Love love love these!! Put them in my kids’ rooms and they love them too!! The only reason it isn’t 5 star is the 2 of the 3 had broken plastic on the bulb insert. Doesn’t effect function so I’m fine with it. But still would be better if they weren’t broken.

Love these lamps.
I will be getting more of these lamps to give as gifts. They are just the right size for our smaller rooms, my husband has his on his desk, mine are in the kitchen and craft room.

always loved a salt lamp
Our household has been getting hit hard with colds and sinus allergies. We could not find out old salt lamp from when we moved so I looked for a new one. There was this 3 pack. So, I purchased, seemed like a great deal. Well like any salt products there will be some humidity- so the packaging was a bit stuck. The prongs on the lamp you have to assemble everything. When you go to put the bulbs in, some of the prongs are bent way out of the normal position. Not sure why but only 2 out of the 3 works. Contacted amazon and they only would return if I returned all 3 which seems like a waste of money and resources. They could have had me send the one back and mail me another, but they would not. I do not see that as a good option. So, for now, I will keep them since it doesn't make sense to return them all.
