Flagpole Mount Bracket Fit for Balcony Railing Flag Pole Holder Clamp (black)

Wanted to display the flag without drilling into the new siding on the house. This worked perfectly to attach the flag to the railing by our front walkway.

I installed this on a wooded railing. The bolts are VERY long and stick out so I would replace them with the right length for the railing depth. I would not recommend this for a wood railing as the wind started to twist the wood slat since it is nailed on the top and bottom and not welded like a metal railing. But it works fine if you have a metal rail to attach it to. One of the tightening wing screws didn't fit well at the bottom of the pole mount. Otherwise it is a solid flag pole mount.

I needed a flag mount option that wouldn’t require drilling into my hardie board siding and this mount worked perfect on the aluminum railing on our front porch! Very easy to install and use; perfect solution for Memorial Day!

Flag holder appears to be well constructed and sturdy. Would have preferred regular lock nuts rather than wing nuts and, in my case, bolts are a much too long for my wrought Iron front entry railing. They protrude a lot and will have to be cut back to avoid possible injuries or snagging clothing. Time will tell how well they perform over time.

Easy to install. Works great on all.size railings. Just watch the circumference of the flag pole, only fits smaller size.
