Hot water issue resolved
I saw a YouTube guy saying this is a junk due to the water temperature gets luke warm at best. Yes, by default it is set to luke warm for some odd reason. After pulling out the adjustment knob in the front and turn to left, full hot water started come out. A simple adjustment. For 1/3 price of Deltas OEM, this is good enough, IMO.

Check your house's water pressure before buying this. It could be too high, causing faucets to drip!
I'm sure glad I did, or I would have replaced them again and again. Maybe another sink or two is also leaking in your house around the same time and you thought, gee, that's odd. You can get a water pressure gauge for cheap on Amazon and attach it to any spigot in your house to test your water pressure. For whatever reason went up 40lbs! Apparently, it should be around 50-70.Turns out, my cartridges were probably fine, and my house water pressure was way too high. Anything higher than 80 is not good, and can push water through your faucets and damage your fittings and appliaces! The sooner the better. Heck, you should know your water pressure even if it's not so bad that its dripping. Nip it in the bud.If it is your pressure, it could have a couple causes, but most likely it's just too high coming into your house. If you don't have one, installing a Pressure Reducing Valve will bring down the municipal water pressure to a normal level and most likely stop pushing the water through your faucets, wasting water and money. If you're super handy, you probably already know this. If not, you'll probably want a plumber to do it because they have to cut and solder pipes, all sorts of stuff.Just give it a try. And hey, if your water pressure is fine and your cartridge is really bad, this cartridge works just as good as the OEM! At least for now. I'll update this if anything changes. Peace and good luck!

works fine, but installation instructions were not complete
Worked fine, but there were no instructions for how to set the temperature control. It was different from the OEM cartridge, but not hard to figure out.

Not accurate with temperature; get OEM parts instead
Good: Did not leak or restrict flowBad/Unusable: Limited hot water flow to an unacceptable degree. I’m aware of how to use the hot water limiter. I set the limiter on the cartridge to full hot setting (double and triple checked). It just isn’t calibrated correctly and doesn’t let nearly enough hot water through.I ordered OEM Delta parts and they worked perfectly. Don’t waste your time or be enticed by lower price. Just order OEM.
