These were a gift. They fit my friends 20 pound Brussels griffon.

I got a Lg for her from reading what her size was but totally too too big … she is a 10lb shih tzu and reading some reviews they said to size up … Well don’t listen !!! They run big !!!! She probably needed a Small … I’m not even sure if the Med. whould have fit her … 🤦🏾‍♀️… I tried to wash it in hot water ( cause it say wash it in cold ) and dry it ( since it say don’t dry ) however it’s didn’t shrink … Hope this helps
