We bought this for our church to record and ultimately live stream services. Setup was pretty easy and the quality of the video is great. When used, the embedded software in the camera provides a broad range of controls and settings (though we found it to be a little glitchy at times). The camera works perfectly in OBS using NDI, and PTZ control via RTSP using the OBS PTZ plugin has also been flawless. Note that while this version of the camera does support NDI out of the box, the video feed will freeze after about 20 minutes if you have not purchased an NDI license separately through Prisual’s website (a one-time, lifetime purchase, but not necessarily a small fee). This drove us crazy for over a month trying to figure out the stream freezing issue, but ended well. Tech support is in China, so 12 hours time difference. Nevertheless, they responded quickly and provided polite, meaningful, and helpful feedback. We would definitely buy again.

We stream our Sunday service and special events in the church weekly. We wanted to add a second camera to be mounted in our second-story Choir Loft, which would look down about 70 feet to our main altar area. This excellent selection provided perfect, clear, steady, up-close pictures and was easily integrated into our network system. We ran into a few minor programming snags and were hesitant about calling support, but found this fear to be highly incorrect. The support was excellent. Questions were answered in detail, with pictures and offers to come online with us to help with the setup process. The support staff was immediate and amazing. We can highly recommend this product, but most of all this company stands behind their equipment.

Very happy with this ptz camera. Easy interface through router to the ptz controller, but also works well with the ip connection from the computer using the cameras built-in controller software. This camera is 50% of compatible cameras and works well.

I bought this camera expecting that I would get what I paid for. As a professional video producer I work with all kinds of gear, some of it quite pricey. PTZ’s are in this category as one pays for convenience, rather than other features cameras tend to have.Having unpacked this PTZ 20x SDI model, I was immediately impressed with the quality of image, silent and smooth operation and quality build and then realized that this camera is comparable to much more expensive versions.Caveat emptor - although the camera is of great quality it does have a chromatic aberration problem in certain lighting conditions. It is barely noticeable, but a trained eye will spot it soon enough.I do like this so much at this price point I will be expanding my PTZ cam inventory with these.Also, be aware that this company sells NDI versions of these cameras, which are a bit more in price but still well under market rates for similar or identical branded cameras.Def recommend.

I used this in conjunction with a Prisual PTZ joystick and another camera and let me tell you it works amazing! The camera quality is awesome, the joystick works perfectly and has plenty of presets for up to 6 cameras and the whole set up is very simple and straightforward. Not to mention, I’ve never had such amazing customer service in my life. The team at Prisual, especially Ariel constantly reached out to me asking if I needed help with anything at all and if everything was working properly. When I did have questions I would send them a message and have a reply within minutes every single time. Very great experience in all. I love these products!

The camera works very good, the Auto Tracking feature is so natural and great for Streaming.Easy to use software and the ability to customize frames

Needed a camera that would not only zoom in, but focus reasonably well across a 100ft room. Tried a less expensive camera with similar zoom, but the image was never in focus. Movement between presets is a little choppy, but not bad for the price point.You will need a cable to connect from the camera to whatever you're sending video to. That should be obvious, but there's a review on here where someone got upset because it didn't include any cables to connect it to whatever they wanted to use it with.This camera does not use a regular USB cable, and does not include the one you would need in the box if you're going that route. It does include installation hardware (bracket, screws, anchor). One of the small screw holes for the bracket did not line up properly with the camera's hole, but the other two combined with the main center screw leave me confident it isn't going anywhere.Do not expect to use this for NDI unless you want to shell out more money. We aren't using it that way, but the documentation is specific that it only includes a trial version that apparently dies after about 30 minutes.The included screenshot is from a video taken to give an idea of how it looks zoomed in over that distance, captured via a cheap hdmi interface. Yes, the chairs actually look like that.Setup was easy, the instructions weren't great but I've dealt with a lot worse. We don't have great lighting, but there is a setting to allow more gain that helped brighten the image.

First experience with ptz and happy with the output of this camera. Shooting from 50' with 20x zoom makes for a clear image and plenty of room to go. Presets are really nice, but movement is not always timed with long movements (pan, tilt, zoom may finish at different times) but it is also not a $2000 dollar device. AI tracking seems to work well and a recent update improved the control and settings. Tested with multiple people and it can hold on to a single person.
