Excellent
It's perfect. Bends where you want it and stuck really well to the EPDM. I expected that though, then it also stuck to the top of the OSB upstand and also stuck firmly into the dusty mortar chase. It's going absolutely nowhere. I was going to use flashing sealant in the chase but due to the nobbled texture, I used mortar. Be careful when installing so you don't crush any of the nobbles.
