Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this computer to use for my business and I really wanted a computer with the touchscreen just for he's since there's no mouse and the description said it was a touchscreen but it's not a touchscreen. The computer runs nice the battery life is really good your picture is good it's clear it's a good-sized it's lightweight but I just feel like I was tricked into thinking I was getting a feature and it's not there. If you really want a touch screen computer I would suggest getting something else because this is not a touchscreen.

It’s nothing special about this computer it’s pretty small, hard to type keyboard has a weird feel. I needed something right away for my business, but I encourage you to shop around before choosing this computer. The color is nice and the storage is good.

So honestly this is my first laptop purchase and I don’t know anything about computers. That being said the setup was made for dummies (me) and was simple. No touchscreen, speakers seem fine also. What I do like is the keyboard has big buttons and the screen is large. It’s also very lightweight. The battery does last a long time. I haven’t charged it the last 7 days with moderate use. Any technical stuff ask someone else but for a first computer for home or for a college kid I think it’d be great.

I searched specifically for a Laptop that's not in "S" mode and I thought I found 1 waited a week to get it just to find out it was S Mode

Got the computer and it says on the box, Windows 10 S, which is funny because I specifically chose this because it wasn't in S Mode. Went back and looked at the product details and such and it's not there either. I don't know yet if this computer is worth it, but it doesn't feel good when you start out by getting lied to.

I really love this laptop so much. I did a lot of research and debated for a month before purchasing specifically the HP 16 gb ram 128gb model [up to 2.8h]. It works fast, is sooooo light weight [I work remotely], and serves all my business needs as a consultant / freelancer. I wanted a sturdy business laptop with a good battery life and potential for good memory load. I got that for sure. I used a usb to transfer some things from my desktop to the laptop and had everything set up for myself within 15 mins. The Cortana voice guide for set up was great and I also bought a cheap usb wired mouse that works well. The camera quality is great and everything is working smoothly. For $399 it was an amazing buy. This has made running my business so much smoother and more efficient!

This is advertised as touch screen, but it is NOT

Ultra light weight. Good for traveling with a laptop. Would have liked a faster processor but that upped the price more than I wanted to pay. This laptop is great for the price, works fine and serves my purpose for keeping up communications and writing/storing occasional documents.
