I like the 10,000 mcg as well as the supporting B6 & Folic Acid. Another great sublingual B-12 product is Essential Source B-12 strips, albeit it has lower dosages, i.e. 1,000 or 2,500; it is also in methylcobalamin form which is absorbed faster and utilized quicker as it does not have to be broken down in the body. As well it has B6, Biotin, and Folic Acid; you merely place a strip on your tongue, swish a minute and swallow. The only reason I buy Superio Source is that it also is in methylcobalamin form and at a higher rate, i.e. 10,000 mcg as the strips are costly if you need higher doses, thus I supplement one with the other as needed. I like that one can just place tablet under the tongue for optimal absorption.

I have been taking these for years because it is METHYL cobalmine as apposed to CYANocobalmine which comes from cyanide. I have Aspergers so its important to cut back on as much bad stuff in my food as possible. Im going to start subscribing. they dont last long enough. Not enough pills in bottle. I take 3 a day for energy.
