Marketing 8th Edition

The book was brand new. Received on time.

I found the design of the online version of the Kindle textbook to be difficult to use because of the way it had you scroll through the text. I am quite used to MacGraw Hill's online texts, they are much easier to access and are more user friendly to a desktop user. I hope that they address the online port, because it is SO frustrating to use and try to look up certain things. The table of contents is clunky, and God forbid you try and scroll up, because if you scroll up-- your actually moving towards the end of the book, and if you scroll down your heading towards the beginning? Its quite confusing. I had tried using it for a bit, and it just became annoying every time. Also, can you allow CTRL + F to actually search for words? I would prefer it if this functioned more like an online EBook, I guess, my mistake for renting the wrong thing.I would like a refund, to be honest.

The book didn’t come with an access code!!

This book is the most sloppy formated book ive ever seen.The page numbers in the text are on diffierent pages than kindle says, and the table of conents is non-existant. If you want to read a chapter one tiny graphic per page for 100 pages this might be an okay fit for your but for me this is unexceptable. In all I am very disipointed at the quality control on this book, and would ask you to do better in the future.

Book is not very well made. I’ve had it for 6 days but I’ve only actually been studying and using it for 3 days. And already a page (pg.89) broke clean off! Without a struggle it just tore clean off from the spine as you could see in the photo. $90 and the glue isn’t even great quality🤦‍♀️

Used it for marketing class 303 course and did well!
