GREAT.

It barely raises the pH, we did a water change in a 55 gallon tank and a whole entire bottle didn't bring the pH up enough so we had to add baking soda! Very disappointed with this product, Fritz is a very friendly company and I like their gentle products but this one just doesn't cut the mustard.

Levels out ph

This product sucks. I have a 32 gallon bio cube. I littlerly used 1/3 of this bottle to raise the ph from 7.8 to 8.0. The entire bottle used in just 3 uses. Waste of money there is so much better products out there. Do not waste your money on this product.

Product very diluted and had almost no positive effect pH in water.Followed directions on Fritz pH Higher bottle (e.g., shake before using, 1-cap/20gal, etc.). Noticed over several weeks that aquarium pH continued to slide towards acidic. Purchased 2nd pH test kit to verify it was reading accurately. Took sample (~4oz) from aquarium which tested at pH 6.2, added capful of “Fritz pH higher” to this 4oz sample, waited 10 min as directed and tested sample again. pH read 6.4.Tried same test using another “pH Up” product in a 4oz sample of aquarium water and pH level maxed-out at 14+ — as it should’ve.

I have a tank with 15L of water and ordered this product to raise the PH from 6.0 to 6.5. My PH DOWN solution lowers PH remarkably well. This Fritz product should have worked similarly well according to the directions.HOWEVER, it arrived in a bag wet on the inside (leaking perhaps), and I had to use the ENTIRE BOTTLE to get from 6.0 to 6.4PH.Terrible product. I'd have returned it but it would have cost more time and aggravation than it was worth - and no way to contact the seller to discuss.This product did NOT work.
