Not 5mm
I wish I could give negative stars. I needed this cord to finish a product and now I'm running to hobby lobby to pay a crap ton of money for the right size cord. I was sent 3mm black cord. Seems nice, would brush out nicely. But I need 5mm cord for my project, and most of my projects.

thin, not 5mm, disappointed
The rope is decent but very thin. It I nowhere near 5mm width. Absolutely only for thin twine applications and NOT for 5mm diameter projects.

More like 4mm maybe even 4.5mm but definitely not 5mm.
