Good fun easy reading

Grandson loves “The Secret” series. I read them to him at bedtime and when he’s older I’m sure he’ll read them himself.

Enjoyable read as usual with all enid Blyton books

I really enjoyed this book. This book is about a group of friends called Nora, Peggy, Mike and Jack. They were invited to spend the summer holiday with Prince Paul in Baronia. The friends were very excited, they had new clothes and the weather was nice and hot. After a thrilling flight, the children arrived at the Secret Forest to climb Killimooin Mountains. Whilst climbing the mountain the boys lost direction. Unfortunately, they were captured by some ferocious robbers who bound them and took them away. Luckily, Beowald (a blind friend of theirs) heroically rescued the boys and set them free. All the friends were reunited at Prince Paul's castle and enjoyed the rest of the holidays. Aryana, aged 7.
