I highly recommend this key cover. The Kia keys have a button to take the internal metal key out. This cover stops you losing the electronic part of the key if the release button is accidentally depressed. The cover itself is good quality and has a lovely feel.

This is for the 3-button KIA key fob (no flip out key). It's easy to fit, doesn't slip off and allows the buttons to be pressed with ease. I bought it to protect the key fob from scratches from my other keys and it's doing it's job.
