We love it a lot, still using it for our church and has a great quality sound.

This has been the best microphone I have ever bought. The only reason I gave it three stores is it showed up with a bad transformer and luckily I had a transformer on the truck to get it working for the customer.

I'm not sure what's the issue here.I bought this for my prayer group back in june. Every time we hook this up, it seems not to be worth the money. I'm so disappointed. I had to take this back for now to find out what to do with it. We even bought a good speaker and a professional mixer.The mic sound weakly despite all the settings, and i just dont know

Ordered this microphone system, set it up and only microphones 1, 3 and 4 were working. Although microphone 2 was connecting with the microphone receiver, NO sound was coming out of mic #2. I checked and swapped out the batteries that came with it and the XLR cable for mic 2 and nothing. Contacted Amazon and they arranged for a replacement unit to be sent out.I received the replacement unit, set it up and tested it at home and all 4 mics were working. Hosted a karaoke show the next day and lo and behold, mic #2 had some VERY SERIOUS distortion. Thankfully I was able to finish the show using mics 1, 3 and 4.The next day I again swapped out the batteries and the XLR cable and mic #2 still sounded very distorted. I will be returning both units to Amazon.In summary, I don’t know if it’s the manufacturer (Staraudio) or the distributor (Du yun Shi hong fa wu Jing Co., ltd), but the very fact that I have had 2 units sent to me and both of them have a defect with mic #2 makes this product pure trash. Another thing is that Staraudio’s customer support is basically non-existent. To be fair, the sound and range on the microphones are really good, but the fact that mic #2 was defective on TWO units makes this product not worth buying. Stay away or you will be wasting your time and be frustrated as I was.
