In the past I bought a cheaper device such as this from a different company and it was horrible. This one works very well. The metal piece gets warm or cold (i was surprised that it actually got cold) the app works to see whats going on inside. The only issues is when i tried to record, i saw an error message in Chinese and changing app permission settings did not work either, and the plastic tips can block the camera, you really just need to see the edges but totally recommend using the camera with it. You can change the view with a button on the app so you have a better visual and jimmy the plastic piece to allow the camera to see the edges where the magic happens. I use this every couple weeks and I am glad I chose this one.

I don’t understand all the great reviews. It just simply didn’t suck anything. Returned.

OK, so this is the new thing. You’ll see a close up of what comes out of your pores. It is gross, but that is what makes this so interesting, It is just next to those videos online of pimples getting picked in grossness. The device looks nice and well-built. I just don’t like that the head is on one side and so it feels awkward when pressing, it is partially imbalance. Otherwise, this thing works.

Sadly I don't think the suction power on this one is nearly as powerful as other similar products but that just means you might be using the wrong head, I found that the small round head seems wek but the oval head is super strong on even just Soft suction. I love being able to see where I am on my face and the video function is impressive. *However when I record a video I cannot view it* 10x zoom and this should work with android or iOS - I have android.Cold and Hot function - The metal disk gets hot or cold depending on what you select the mode to be. Hot- this gets pretty warm but not so hot that it burns - it is great to use prior to using the suction function. Cold -Wow I really enjoy how cold this gets for after I wash and use the suction feature to calm my skin down.Comfortable to Hold and easy to use - the Modes are easy to switch between.Charging - usb charger includedPrice - While the price seems high up front - being able to see your skin up close is amazing!To pair just long press to turn on and then press the power button one more time and then find it via your wifi settings. Easy and quick.

The Emay Plus is presented really well, but I can’t say I like the way it operates. The bases of the interchangeable heads are wide and that made it difficult to pull them off. They have a very tight fit and even though the outer edges are ridged, they are still slippery. The suction options do pull your skin, but you have to go over an area multiple times to extract any blackheads or sebum. The heating option is fine but I don’t like the way the cold functions. Each mode will work for 3 minutes but I need more than that for cooling down my skin and preventing bruising. If you hit cold for another 3 minutes then the area around the temp pad gets very hot. The area surrounding the pad is also quite large so it touches your face more than the pad does. There is also a “Cooling Protection Mode.” If you use the cold for more than 6 minutes then the function will become inactive for 30 minutes. I did not connect the unit to my phone and don’t intend to so I can’t comment on how that feature works.

So this is most definitely gross, not going to lie! But it’s also oddly satisfying to be able to see it on your phones camera! I have had other blackhead devices like this in the past, but this is my first one with a camera on it. It’s definitely one of those things that you didn’t think you needed until you try it!This Emay Plus Visual blackhead removing device is easy to hold and operate. Within 5 minutes of pulling this out of the box and skimming the directions I was ready to go. The suction even on the highest setting isn’t crazy strong, but trust me when I say that you don’t want it any stronger than it already is. I speak from previous experience! Not unless you want red and blue splotches all over your face for days!As far as the heating function, it’s meh. I think a hot compress on your face or Doug this directly out of the shower is better than the heating on this. But other than that it works great!

Emay plus is an awesome product for getting rid of and minimizing blackheads and acne. The device is easy to hold and use and has an impressive cooling and heating compress function for before and after use of device. It is gentle on sensitive skin. I do not recommend for daily use especially if you have sensitive skin but it's great for occasional use.

The media could not be loaded.  Beautifully packaged tool, everything in its place. The wand is easy to hold and use. There is a heating and cooling plate on one side and the suction head on the opposite side.The wand came charged already. The camera app was easy and quick to set up with an included QR code and the device is ready to start!The controls were a bit tricky, but easily adaptable after a couple of tries. If you have nasty gunk built up in your pores, this tool will stuck it out! I used it all over my face, especially around my nose and it pulled so much yuckiness out! I'm almost embarrassed to attach my video, but I had to show how effective this thing is!I clean my face 2x a day with exfoliation, cleansing, toner lotion, etc., and my skin always felt clean after I wash my face... but this tool sucked everything out... Disclaimer, it is gross...Amazingly, after I cleaned my face with some toner, I was immediately able to see and feel the smoothness and evenness... my skin didn't feel oily or dirty. This tool is amazing!
