CrystalTek Reflective Vinyl Off, Gallon, 128oz, 914128

We had a fleet of 15yr old 53' trailers and the logos were sun baked and cracked and coming off in tiny little pieces even with heat gunning them till they were brown. What we did was got a few sheets of 40 grit sandpaper and broke out our trusty DeWalt palm sander and scuffed the logos up real good. Then applied the first coat of CrystalTek Reflective Vinyl Off with a rough surface roller and left it sit overnight. Next morning hit it again with the roller and left it sit an hour, then again letting it sit till noon. By this time it was wrinkled and our 3400 psi pressure washer took them right off leaving no glue at all. It does affect the paint of the trailer in areas but very little compared to what it looks like after a day of heat gunning and scraping. Overall this stuff is a blessing for anyone struggling to remove old sun baked graphics.

I felt that, for the price, this product failed. I ended up heating and scraping and sanding. But it did add more hours and cost to the project.

This product will cut your labor down a bit when removing decals, compared to not having it to work with at all.

Enabled removal of old vinyl..anyone who wraps a car should go to time out indefinitely

I'm a professional decal remover. Vinyl graphics etc.This is THE STUFF. I have to have this.It's also safe to breath in.Sometimes I need to brush on a couple coats. I'm careful around vehicles with Cheap Paint. Excellent for fiberglass boats, RVs.
