I've had major issues with hair shedding for the last several years. Although this can be due to a lot of different underlying medical issues, my doctor recommended taking a supplement like this that could help address some of the possible nutritional causes of my hair loss.It contains a variety of vitamins as well as things like Collagen and MSM.I haven't noticed an overnight difference (I've been taking it a couple weeks), but it may just take a bit more time to see full results.The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no weird taste or after taste. Each bottle offers a 30 day supply. (Dosing is 2 pills daily).

I used these for 2 months, then switched to another brand.Came back to these because I actually noticed a difference in both hair and nails while other brand did nothing.

I ordered these because I have been taking biotin to strengthen my hair and nails. I am deimayed that this product also includes a variety of other vitamins that were not mentioned in the description. Since I also take a multi-vitamin, I do not want additional vitamins in my biotin.

I have purchased these vitamins before and they weren't nearly as yellow looking and smelly as this package. I think these may have been a one off bad batch. I don't know. But I am going to order from the vitamin company I started with and see if they come in the same. Maybe I will post the photo's of the difference. Too bad you can't tell on odor. I also had some cramping after taking one.

I've used this company for years, otherwise I would downgrade them for not having a GMP certification and 3rd party testing but I've actually been referred to this company by professional practitioners so I am familiar with the company already. I was also impressed by the quality of ingredients in this formula. There aren't cheapened substitutions for vitamin varieties in this supplement. For example, the folate is a highly absorbable folate, instead of a cheaper version like folic acid. Those are the type of details that easily show the quality of a supplement.So, I knew I was getting a good quality supplement when I ordered it and I have not been disappointed when taking it. I feel like its doing a good job so far on my hair and nails. I don't have a diagnostic test but I'll be excited to update this once this has really worked its way through my system. I don't think I'll be able to tell with the first bottle so I plan on buying more and using it for a few months to be able to tell a good difference but by the ingredients, I expect to be able to tell a difference.I've been using Nutrafol and some other good quality hair vitamins and I expect this to stand up well against the others. I'm just trying to give my hair some variety and not keep it on the same supplements all the time because I'm a firm believer that our bodies need variety in nutrition so I try to rotate between 3-4 good hair supplements.
