This product actually don't worked in the starting days as I was wearing it exactly as shown in image. But then I just tried it upside down and the results were amazing. My neck hump has started to reduce and I feel more confident. Must go for it.

There is no central sturdy support that help in keeping your back upright. If you slouch, the band does not help in keeping your back straight because the material is just plain fabric and elastic.

I have been using this for long and it's actually help me, it is comfortable and easy to use.

Got it because I thought it'd be effective. But found it quite flimsy and the support it provides is quite low. Recommend you buy something more sturdy
