Never worked but largely my fault for not opening soon
Bought as an open-box item, given as a gift. Too late to return once we learned it was not functional. Seemed like it would probably be okay but FRAGILE!

Well made, bright light but the bug zapping portion seems weak. I have seen small insects crawl all over the grids and never die but it did kill a number of mosquitos flies and that was the real reason for purchasing. I will give it another try next spring when the weather warms up again.

Doesn't work for me
Been using it for 6 days now and only caught one fly and one gnat. No mosquitos. Tried hanging it in different areas but it just doesn't work. We'll probably stop using it soon since the bright light at night is unnecessary if it isn't even catching anything.

Hasn't worked for indoor issue with mosquitos or flies yet. It caught one and I saw another basically sunbathing on the bottom tray and then flew away. :( I was hoping for a lot more action.

Do not waste your money with this product. I saw some gnats dancing on the wires that suppose to zap them!

Leave it on all day and night and has not killed one bug. Very disappointed.

Didn't kill a single fly or bug in over 24 hours. Returned item promptly.
