Sculpture: From Antiquity to the Present Day

An Excellent and latest survey of World Sculpture.

The Taschen house produces some of the most extensive collections of subject photos in the business. I love the cost of their books. The one problem I encounter is, to contain costs, they publish a book of 1,000+ pages in a 300 page binding. You handle the book very carefully or you own good repair materials.

写真集というより教科書なのかな・・？（英語読めないので・・・）収録数はとにかく多い。値段の割にボリュームたっぷりだ。しかし、紙質も印刷もあまりよくなく白黒写真が３割くらい混じっている。写真も小さい。美術写真集というより教科書的な感じがした。翻訳版があったら面白そう。

I was really pleased to received this book collection. It is in great condition and I got it for a great price. Thank you Friends of the SF Public Library.

This book is advertised as a 1149 page book and the product photo shows it as a 2 volume set. I received only volume 2 (pages 550 through 1149). As it was the 2nd volume I was most interested in, and I believe that the error was unintentional, I will probably keep it, though I would have liked to have both volumes for this price.

books in good shape but book holder was damaged. For the price I don't expect perfect, but am sorry the holder was damaged.
