Steel circumference can cut your hand
Would not recommend ,for safety reasons. The steel frame around the channi has joints in two places . One on the inside , and at another place on the outside. The joint is sharp, and raised. You are sure to cut your hand on it at some point. Since we shouldn't have to handle everyday kitchen objects as warily as if they were knives, returning it.
