Long time shopper first time reviewer. My ears are always itchy. Or infected. But probably infected from itching them. I SWEAR there’s always something in there I can’t reach with just my finger…or any of the other random crap I shove in there. I don’t know how or why but somehow I stumbled across this product. And O M G. I’ve never loved anything more. I played with it for hours the first night. Let me give you a warning though: holy heck does it enlarge the image! When I looked in my first ear I had a full on panic moment. I thought there was a cockroach…or like a family of cock roaches living in there. My lord, I didn’t know if I wanted to throw up or actually just die right then and there. I put one of the little scoops things on and despite it yelling at me for getting too close to my ear drum…and despite the fact that I kept turning it the bloody wrong way (like how hard can it be?!) I finally grabbed the little guy. Certain of my imminent vomiting and unwillingness to live with myself any more I decided to look at what I just pulled out. I couldn’t believe my eyes…this frightening speck was all of a Millimeter big. Now come on! That created extreme fear for nothing. I get that it has to magnify but couldn’t there be a LOUD BIG GIANT OBNOXIOUS warning saying something like “don’t worry…there’s not a piece of disgusting wax the size of your fist in there…you probably need a microscope to see it…don’t fret. Because MAYBE then I wouldn’t have lost a year off my life (and my lunch while we’re at it). I finally work up the courage to go in the other ear…ok this time I’m ready for the dramatics. OH NO I WASN’T. This time there actually was a mammoth piece of what can only be described as one of those bugs in amber sap you pass around in elementary school and stare at because it’s soooo cool and like how did that happen! Only this was a deeeep dark amber…and I was certain there were legs sticking out. I definitely was going to not make it past this one. Well, I scooped and I scooped and apparently I’m just a moron because I couldn’t turn the thing to the correct angle and basically just kept jabbing my brain. But could I stop? Definitely not. I needed it out. No wonder my husband says I’m deaf all the time. There was zero opening into the canal. Now, I have two babies and I never understood why he said they were so loud when they were both screaming. Well, after digging for what felt like days I can safely say that I now know what two screaming babies sound like. So in the end, perhaps I shouldn’t have bought this because omg…they’re loud! Im obsessed…you probably will be too. Plus, if you like that pimple popper stuff that for some ungodly reason seems to be popular these days then you’ll definitely love this. I’m still super grossed out but also can’t stop talking about it or telling people about it. I’ve been carrying it around in my diaper bag. My husband thinks I’m insane but like…you never know who will want to look inside their ears and you can be sure I’m going to offer it to everyone!

Fantastic and easy to use product. I am impressed with how sleek and convenient the case is that hold the light rod and the tips for it. I ordered another one right away! The camera quality is fantastic and you can see inside your canal crystal clear. Easy to clean and store when you're done as well.

Very Nice product. Battery does not last very long but not a deal breaker. The little attachments do not last long. They get bendy. But all in all a good value.

DO NOT BUY! No customer service to assist with device and WIFI connection. Purchased for a Christmas gift -- now cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can see in your ears with it but as far as being able to get wax out with it its useless

I've always struggled with Q-Tips when trying to remove wax from my ears but this kit has worked really well for me. It comes with everything needed, and is easy to use. I would highly recommend giving this kit a try if you're in the market for an ear wax removal kit!

The media could not be loaded.  I really love this product, it is working quite well for my husband and I. One thing though is to be very cautious on how close you get close to the eardrum. It is extremely visible in the video is wonderful and clear. It can be sensitive if you go to deep. And you don’t want to rupture the eardrum. But it is a great product! If you see anything funny in your ear which is great having the scope, call the doctor for any thing that looks alarming or if it’s too far in. But overall love the product!!

The best thing about this device is that its very well made. It's OK for looking around inside your ears, nose, etc., but when you attempt to scoop out some ear wax, this device can be dangerous. It's too difficult to see with the attachment on (as others have said) and there is too much risk of damaging your ear drum.I'm keeping it because I have other uses for a magnifying device, and like I said, its very well made. Look at other methods to remove ear wax, such as some sort of irrigation.
