Curlsmith - Strength Superfood Hair Protein Kit, with Bond Curl, Volume Foam & Protein Cream

The smell on this stuff is sooooo good they whole days you can smell it on your own hair lots of compliments the quality is great so easy to put on does difine my curls would 100% recommend it and that's just for the smell lol their products are a bit on the pricey side tho

The treatment is the star of this set, it works so well as a regular treatment and my hair feels healthier and stronger since using it. The protein styler is good for a gentle hold and curl definition but gentle is the word here. I found it a bit too heavy to use a lot and this meant the curls weren't as define as they could be but also I didn't want it to weigh down my hair too much. I was a much bigger fan of the mousse which made my hair glossy and shiny and held flyaways in place for most of the day. Id buy the mousse and treatment again seperately

Having naturally curly hair that tends toward unruly frizz if not looked after, I am a big fan of Curlsmith products and therefore leapt at the chance to sample this superfood hair kit. The kit contains three Curlsmith products - Bond Curl Rehab Salve, Bouncy Strength Volume Foam and Feather-light Protein Cream. This last product I have bought before, and have been using it for almost a year now with great results - hence my excitement to try these other products.The Rehab Salve is a conditioning treatment, applied to dry hair and left to penetrate for around 15 minutes before washing with your regular shampoo. I would probably use this around once a month - particularly when using alongside the other items, as my hair tends to keep generally good condition. Obviously, you can choose to use this more regularly if you colour treat your hair or use dryers and straighteners regularly.The volume foam is applied to washed, wet hair. The dispenser offers a good amount that can be run through the hair and scrunched up. I have found that some other foams leave my hair feeling a little crispy after use, but have never had this issue with any Curlsmith products. The foam dispersed easily and left my hair feeling soft and natural. I leave my hair to dry naturally, and found that the foam produced really bouncy curls that were visibly more defined and tighter - my partner commented on my hair, which shows there was a difference!The feather light protein cream is probably my favourite of these products. Again, this is applied following a wash to wet hair, much in the same manner as the foam. Once evenly applied, you smooth the hair between your palms before scrunching it to achieve your desired curl strength. You can dry using a diffuser or leave to dry naturally - each offers great results. I find that my curls really bounce up well with this product - they become quite ringlet-y and most importantly, feel light and natural after use. In my experience, a little goes a long way with Curlsmith - so although it may seem a little expensive, the creams really last and offer excellent results. This pack costs £56 but contains 3 products, so they equal out at around £18.60 each which is fairly reasonable compared with other products on the market. Curlsmith offer quality products that give great results, and I am a fan!

I’ve had a few curl smith products now and I’ve always thought highly of them so I was eager to try this package. My hair is naturally wavy rather than a strong curl it’s also abundantly thick and porous due to over colouring and heat damage. I love the thought that’s gone into the packaging, there easy to follow hair science which is easy to follow and understand. It also bodes well with me that these products aren’t tested on animals.I wet my hair down and applied the pre wash treatment, I left it on for around 30 minutes but I did find it was irritating my scalp slightly even though it wasn’t applied straight onto the scalp area. I then proceeding to shampoo and condition my hair. It made my hair feel stronger after just one use so I. Happy with that.The aftercare products were easy to disperse through my hair and left my curls feeling and look nourished without feeling sticky.Finally I’d like to add your hair will benefit from using a high protein product if your hair is porous but if you overuse protein based products it can actually leaving your hair feel g dry and brittle so test your hair and find out what it would benefit from before ordering.The £56 price tag is fair as you will be receiving high quality haircare.

I've always been a person to change my hair colour from a very young age the latter been bleach blonde I have now gone back to my original dark brown but the damage has been done of all the years of hair dye and product. I needed something to take are of my curls as they have started to get a frizz to them and just look drabIn the box you recieveA Feather Light protein creamA Bouncy strength volume foamAnd a Bond Curl rehab salve 237My hair is long thick and heavy.The rehab salve is be be applied to damp hair for a minimum of 15 mins but you can do longer up to a hour I would recommend leaving it on longer the first time using it then wash it off and use a conditioner on your hair after.The volume foam is to be used after your shower and towel dry your hair to get the excess water off flip your hair upside down and run the foam thru your hair and scrunch it upwards.The protein cream can be used very much in the same way as the volume foam I either use one or the other I don't tend to use both together that's just a personal choice.All of the products have a lovely fragrance to them a bit sweet and the fragrance lasts a good while.I do feel since using that my hair and curls are getting healthier and look loads better I will continue using this.

Received this product and the conditioner was busted, put in a request and was hoping I could still use the rest and not do the whole return process just the damaged item. They sent an entire new package back. The product is a dream, brought new life back to my curls!

I believe I received the old version of the kit. The new version that is listed in the item name and description and pictures is for 4 bottles which include the conditioner, shampoo, gel, and salve. I received only 3 bottles which was the salve, cream, and foam. False advertisement.
