I fall for everything and nothing works, these didn't either. Not for me anyway but maybe they work great for other people. Sorry.

Disappointed with the constipation.

Very, very gassy. Not sure if it did anything positive, not worth the money for me.

I feel like this product works as intended. I noticed I did not gain weight during the holidays and I fully expected to.

Did not work - don't waste your money on this product.

I am a chubby lady. I have tried many times unsuccessfully to diet via al the advertised programs. What leads to my lack of success was my inability to lose weight. Well, in two weeks, I have lost 10 pounds. I am over the moon. I AM DIETING. However, in the past, that alone has not been enough. This seems to help actually get the weight off. On the weekend, I take it with all meals. During the week though I only take it with dinner. It gives me the "rumbles" and I'm afraid of the repercussion if I need to run off to the bathroom. That said, I eat light during the day and consume a normal dinner. After dinner I take two pills. I'm telling you- I could not be happier. I am ordering a second batch. Yippee!

i really don't love this product. it doesn't seem to do much.

This product was disappointing for me. It didn't help in removing fat, at least not for me. I was following a low fat, high protein diet while I was on it. But maybe for someone else it will work.
