I have been taking this for years now.
I was buying this at a grocery store but they stopped carrying the Realfood line of Country Life. I tried the other kind but I just can't seem to stomach regular multivitamins, they make me nauseous. Thanks to Amazon for having almost everything at my fingertips so I can go back to the vitamin I truly love!

One of the best multi-vitamins on the market
This is one of the better vitajmins on the market today since it is created using whole foods rather than synthetic chemicals. The dosage is also closer to what it should be for your body, you're not getting thousands of a percent of any specific vitamin. It's missing iron, especially for women and in previous versions, boron was also added to maintain bone health and strength. All in all, a good buy!

Giving me a gluten reaction
Couldn't find ingredient information, but read on the web that company is supposed to be gluten aware. Got gluten reaction. Ingredients include maltodextrin also which makes me sick too in a different way than gluten reaction! This is a reminder to never take a chance unless have all the information!
