Just like all the recent reviews the item arrived today with a dead battery and is just going 'click click click' so clearly an issue somewhere that they are all being shipped in this state. I'm sure once I change the batteries it all be fine but I shouldn't need to do this on a new item.Otherwise the item is much bigger than expected for the price so that was a nice surprise, although not sure how well it'll hold up to the rough play of a 4yr old!Edit: Ordered a second item and had the exact same problem again. Had to carefully unpack it and take the batteries out just to give some relief from the endless clicking!

Arrived with incorrect batteries inside and was making bizzare screeching noises. The head piece was also broken and her hair piece fell out (made my daughter cry). Could tell it was a return or manufacture fault.

Ended up buying two of these as first one just kept clicking and not actually playing any sounds so ordered another one.Second one turned up doing exactly the same,ended up undoing packaging (very carefully as it was a present) changing the batteries (which I shouldn't have to do as only just purchased it) and repackaging it up and now it works - not very impressed that batteries were dead when it arrived

Great for the price and nice and big, added a pic of it compared to a barbie. What more could you want, oh it's interactive and sings as well... Great thank you 😁👍🏻

The product will arrive broken. Click click click click click click click click is the only song this toy sings. Gutted. My daughter is heart broken. It was a birthday present.
