Lovely fabric dye, insufficient instructions
A rich and vibrant colour, easy to apply and it can be thinned with water. I used it to paint a canvas tent and it worked well with the following reservations: (a) insufficient information on the paint pots e.g. best way to apply it? drying times?! (b) the colour intensity will be variable if you thin the paint with water, so it may need several coats (c) you need to iron canvas on the reverse to fix the colour otherwise it will run in the rain and spoil your lovely paint job.

Does Not Apply Evenly
This paint color is beautiful. However, it did NOT apply well. There are no instructions or suggested application methods included, so I watched some YouTube tutorials to see what other people did. I tried following their method by lightly brushing on. On the first coat, the paint was so blotchy and uneven. I tried smoothing it out with my hand, the paintbrush, and eventually a shop towel. It says you can dilute by 25% with water, but that jar is two ounces, so that’s not really manageable. Eventually, I went over it with water using the paintbrush and tried to diffuse the color a little more evenly with that process. It helped some, but still dried pretty splotchy. The second and third picture are after a THIRD coat of paint. Still really blotchy. I tried a few different methods each time. The second time I wet the whole chair first, then painted on and treated it more like finger paint, spreading it with my hands (with gloves of course). That method helped a lot and the photos you see are the best they got using that method. The first photo is a chair I did with just one coat. I used the same process from the beginning on that one - get the whole chair wet, then apply paint smoothing with hands. It is the best looking one of the bunch even though it’s only one coat.Unfortunately, it is difficult to control pigment with any of these methods and I used almost two jars on each chair, so it took a LOT of paint to still not look very good. And each chair is a slightly different intensity of color. I was not expecting completely opaque, but even still, it doesn’t adhere to the fabric well and it just doesn’t cover evenly. One of the things I think is happening is that the paint is just soaking into the cushion, so no matter how much paint you use, it just won’t cover well or evenly because of that. I would have had to practically pour on paint to get any kind of even coverage without diluting, but diluting makes it spread into the cushion more. All and all, I’d say this was a flop. I have heat set it with a heat gun, but paint is still coming off. It could be because the inside isn’t completely dry yet, even though the outside is, so I’ll give it a little more time, but my guess is I will be rinsing this out as best I can and resorting to chalk paint. Yes I checked that my material is appropriate for this, it’s supposed to work on synthetics.

Thinner than typical screen print ink, but worked awesome!
This worked just great! I made about 20 shirts, screen print, using HTV method!!!

Good product, but you guys HAVE to pack this better!
These are nice fabric paints, work well. Amazon definitely needs to pack these better though. They come in an envelope and the lids apparently aren't screwed on very well so the paint seeps out into everything! Luckily I didn't have anything that was ruined, but these are expensive paints and it's careless to be wasting them for an easily preventable reason. If you buy these, just be ready for some mess and product loss in shipment.

Just beautiful!💚
Before, during and after photos. Turned out stunning! Higher quality that expected. The after looks just like velvet! I wet the shade with water then applied paint as I went. I wet my brush once every other time I applied the paint to dilute it, and get it to a consistent color. Highly recommend this paint for fabrics!
