I keep ordering more, gonna put one on every cymbal. I'm constantly looking for ways to save time when setting up and tearing down my drums for gigs, and this is the latest time saver. No more screwing on and off and keeping track of felts. These just slide on and slide off. So easy. Works great for crashes and rides and lets the cymbals breathe at the same time.Update: Came here to give these a 5 star review because I love them so much. Forgot I already had. What a time saver. Just ordered another batch.

Great idea... but eventually fails under normal use...
I purchased many many Grombals for my multiple kits... eventually (3-4 months of normal 2-3 gigs a week)... one of the Grombals fails (the Grombal split in the slot where the cymbal sits) and didn't noticed till I went to remove the cymbal and had a hard time as it was snagging... pretty much ripped the top of the grombal off... tough stuff (urethane?) but not that tough to be honest... I'm not a hard cymbal smasher like some so I can't be the only one to have one fail... cool idea though... :\
