Nothing close to the size listed. Waste of time.

I use this product, to repair a rather nasty rust hole. There was very little good material to attach to. I needed something that would be strong and remain flat, to provide both strength and stability to the repair. This tape was ideal, I simply soaked it in resin and then laid it over the hole, like a bandage. This enabled me to both fill the hole, and to produce a good base in which to apply filler. The tape itself is very easy to cut in this can be done with a simple pair of scissors. Once the resin sets, this tape gives you both a smooth, and strong surface. This would be ideal, for repairing a crack in a bumper.

This is a great value reel of tape for £11.69. The tape is really strong and adhesive. I have used it for fixing/covering cracks in a boat that we are fixing for a school nursery. This tape is perfect as it covers the cracks and gives a smooth finish so it is suitable for children to continue to play with. Definitely recommend.
