Really is easy to set up and use. I have only used it for tomatoes and apples successfully at this time. Grape were a waste of time using the grape screw or the tomato screw and any screen. I can live with that.I can't see any reason to believe this press will not work with any of the other fruits and vegetables that have been suggested to for processing.The auger/screw needs to extend further into the area under the feed funnel. I think that would make it feed more efficiently. The auger only reaches about half way into the funnel opening.I like it any way.

This was a lot smaller than expected. I had one years ago and it was bigger. Hopefully it will work for making sauce.

We made a couple of batches of chunky tomato sauce with the salsa screen. It worked like a charm! If you cook the tomatoes a little first they go through easier, but I didn't have any problem getting them through raw (we did one batch cooked and one batch raw). We did find with the cooked tomatoes that more pieces of tomato skin when through the screen. Great little tool!!

If you can food you need this tool. It cuts my preparation time in half.The only issue I have is the way you attach it to your counter; I wish you could pivote it for the discharges to face different directions
