Actually it's a Dr. prescribed product. I usually get body acne it will leaves lot of black marks for that dr. suggested this cream it's really effective in the skin I can feel meets minimum requirements bit costly but it gives some effect on skin my black marks on back acne or faded after 3 months of use so consistency is important do patch test first and initially use before bath 1 hourIf suits to your skin you can leave it for whole night value for moneyWorked for me
