Good value
I use it for a multi-tool.

NOT MOLLE!
This holster does fill my requirement: secure my SOG multi-tool vertically to my MOLLE-equipped packs. That said, though advertized as such, this pouchis NOT MOLLE compatible. Width of the two loops is 25mm/1 inch which is correct. Loop length is 43mm/1-3/4 inches which is NOT correct. Interloop spacing is only 18mm / 1-1/4 inches, again, not MOLLE.MOLLE / PALS specs are readily available all over the web. I think it either just carelessness with little regard for potential customers or deliberately misleading information by the asian manufacturers of gear marketed to folks interested in Mil style gear.If this holster wasn't suitable for my specific purpose, it'd be on its way back to Amazon already. Depring take note!

My review of Depring (brand) single mag and double mag Molle pouches.
My Gerber Suspension NXT multitool fits like it was made for it. In the same order I also bought the double model (identical except two side-by-side magazine pouches sewn together. That one, I intend for the Gerber multitool, and in the attached twin, a small flashlight with a couple spare AAA bateries, leaving enough room for a 4" adjustable wrench. Just a basic EDC tool set-up, which was my goal. I suppose I could also put the single on my belt and add a couple more small tools (along with more weight tugging my pants south) but I don't want to go for the maximum dork look. Overall, very satisfied, and I recommend without reservation.

Good, But Needs Better Velcro
I purchased this pouch one year ago to use on my police duty belt for a Leatherman multi-tool, which fits pretty well. The pouch worked fine for a while, then after about eight months the velcro on the flap began to fail and now it barely holds and the tool could fall out at any time. I will replace it with a more reliable pouch.

Good all around case
Decided to write a review on this since I there weren't any when I purchased this.First, I like the size. It should fit several different knives, flashlights, multi-tools, and misc pistol mags, that I have. It looks to be durable with it's cordura construction. I like the velcro only flap as there is no additional bulk from a buckle. It can accommodate a variety of different tool lengths since it has a long velcro patch. It can mount both vertically and horizontally to a belt. It can also attach to a molle vest or pack. All around great value IMO. Giving it 5 stars for now.

Also great for knives
A while ago I bought this mag pouch for a knife and to my surprise it was a great fit for my Opinel No 10 knife. Its quality made, great price, and it can ride on your belt, backpack or messenger bag. However you carry it, it works great.
