I liked the straight legs because they are modest if you bend over.

This works well for clingy dresses, but it’s difficult to remove a layer of lace without causing the stitching to come undone in the seams. I can sew the edges back up, but back in the day these were super easy to remove length.

I was looking for ‘shorts’ of some sort to wear under my dresses. I don’t like my thighs rubbing together in the heat and these were perfect. Light weight and comfortable. I am thick in the middle and didn’t want a girdle that would squeeze me. The length as purchased was fine but I could shorten if needed. I may need to order another.

I usually wear a large in this stuff, but the large was a bit too snug. Sizing up should do the trick.

I wore pettipants in the 60s because my mother forced me. I am wearing them now because I am in my 60s and they are really comfortable! Mother knows best.

They are very comfortable.
