I'm 6'4, and have both a 4x and 5x. I prefer the length on the 5x, so you might want to look for a 6x.

Hi there... Ma'am, I'm 5'9" 240 lbs and 4X fits me very nicely. Even after washing, there is a comfortable amount of room... These are nice shirts for summertime ma'am, I have several, long and short sleeve, I live in the South and it can get pretty hot and humid where we are. Good luck.. He'll love the shirt. I normally take a large, I bought an XXL which fits perfectly

I'm generally a large, but ordered an Xl, which fit well. At 6'7" I'm not sure this product would fit you, even with the largest size. Sorry!
